Email Hosting: Each hosting account comes with a certain number of email address' depending on your plan. Email is provided as a free service along with your hosting account. It may be necessary to access your email account in the event you need to have your password reset, or if you have a problem with the account that you can't solve on your own. You are also advised to use "virus" & "spam" prevention software on your local machine. There is "certain" prevention software in place, but we can't be held liable for "spam" or "virus" problems on your local machine.
Web Site Design: Web sites that are custom built are done in three stages. Stage (1) is the design concept, which is the basic core of the website which is shown to the owner for approval before design continues. The owner must approve the basic design core to proceed to stage (2). Stage (2) is the design of the full website. The owner will be shown the site as progress is made, and is allowed to make minor changes in text and layout, but is not allowed to change the core without paying additional fees. Stage (3) is the finalization of the website, the sign off by the client, and the upload to the server. Payment for services are to be paid in full before website is uploaded and finalized.
Footer Logo: We put a "Powered By Cinneman ~ 2008 ~ All Rights Reserved" at the bottom of all custom build websites, this can be removed at the owners request. We put this here as advertisement, but also so if there is a problem, the person(s) can get in touch with us and let us know of the known issues.
Domain Names: We can register your domain for you for the fees listed on our services page, or you may transfer your domain to us (if you are a new hosting customer). If you choose to host your website at another location, we will need to be given the access information to be able to upload the site to the server location, and be sure that everything is working as required. We will not be liable for problems due to clients doing their own uploads of files. Customers will receive a 45 day notice of domain(s) expiration, at which time the domain charges need to be paid in full within this timeframe or expiration will occur.
