The owners of Silverstate Refrigeration and HVAC contacted me about designing and building them a functional website that we as a team could grow into a business development tool as needed. We started out with the basic design and have since started to grow this companies website into a tool that can help cut out senseless costs in travel time and down time by implementing an online request form which is automated to go directly to the dispatcher who intern implements the calls to the nearest service technician thus saving downtime and un necessary fuel expenses. This client keeps this project exciting by always wanting to push the boundaries of what he can do. We are currently redeveloping certain aspects of this site which are pretty exciting but you will have to just wait and see the end product. This project was customizable website design including graphics, flash movies, and php forms.
Silverstate started out with just a couple of service techs but quickly grew into a fleet of over 40 service technicians. These guys have quickly become one of the largest Refrigeration and AC contractors in town. They also have a full design department with a "new construction" division as well. These guys sure know how to manage and maintain their company while still controlling the ever rising cost of products, fuel, and labor, and still manage to provide the best quality service at an affordable price.
